Giovanni Naccarato
Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor
He has held and continues to hold positions as a Director, Statutory Auditor, and Executive Director in companies listed on regulated markets. Throughout his professional career, he has gained solid experience in corporate governance and control, and has acquired significant and well-established expertise in the structuring and execution of extraordinary transactions (M&A), business valuations, as well as the reorganisation and restructuring of complex corporate groups operating in both the public and private sectors. He has also worked continuously on debt restructuring transactions, restructuring agreements with creditors, and composition with creditors procedures. In this context, he has consistently held key roles as a certifier, asserter, financial advisor, and administrator, supporting companies and stakeholders in defining and implementing solutions that are sustainable from an economic, financial, and equity perspective.
Roberto Mazzei
Professor of Corporate Finance, Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor
Associate Professor of Corporate Finance at San Raffaele Telematic University and Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance at LUISS “Guido Carli” University in Rome, where he carries out academic and teaching activities on key topics in corporate finance, valuation and governance, he has held auditing and control roles in leading industrial and infrastructure companies, including Snam, Eni Power, ENEL and Biancamano, acting as statutory auditor and standing auditor. He has also held senior roles in the financial and institutional sectors, including Chairman of the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato, Chairman of Principia SGR and Vice-Chairman of Twice SIM, where he gained extensive experience in corporate governance and the management of regulated entities and operators. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Eprice, Ki Group, Finanziaria Tosinvest and im3D, where he brings his proven expertise in strategy, corporate finance and internal control to bear.
Stefano Saponaro
Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor
Statutory auditor and member of the supervisory bodies of companies listed on regulated markets. He has developed significant experience in the preparation of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business valuation and the reorganisation of major public and private corporate groups. Furthermore, in the context of debt restructuring and restructuring agreements with creditors, he acts as a certifying officer, Financial adviser and administrator. He holds positions on boards of statutory auditors and boards of directors.
Andrea Chieffalo
Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor
A manager with over 22 years’ experience in finance, control, M&A and restructuring. From 2018 to 2023, he served as CFO (2018–2020) and CEO (2021–2023) of one of Italy’s leading property groups, where he managed a property portfolio worth over €1 billion. Previously, he was an Associate Partner at EY (formerly Ernst & Young), a role in which he led various audit projects for listed groups and several Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) for major Italian industrial groups.
Mirella De Palma
Chartered Accountant
She worked at KPMG, where she gained significant experience in the field of Bank of Italy supervisory regulations and the preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS). She currently provides consulting services in the preparation of expert opinions, including in civil, corporate and arbitration proceedings; financial statement analysis; and business valuation. She has also gained extensive experience in organizational, administrative and accounting structures, internal control systems, and corporate governance
Roberto Strangio
Degree in Economics and Business Administration
An expert in financial and accounting management, specializing in data analysis and synthesis to produce reports that support decision-making. He has gained experience in optimising business processes and analysing data through automation, as well as in managing tax and regulatory compliance. With a specialization in financial modelling, he combines strong analytical and organisational skills to achieve corporate financial objectives.
Raffaele Pagano
Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor
He has extensive experience in M&A transactions, the valuation of companies and banking institutions, as well as the valuation of intangible assets and financial options. He has developed expertise in preparing business plans and managing debt restructuring transactions, acting as a financial advisor and independent expert. As a quantitative analyst, he specializes in developing data-driven financial models using Bloomberg. He also serves on boards of statutory auditors and boards of directors.
Matteo Colapinto
Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor
He has solid experience in extraordinary transactions, with a focus on M&A, due diligence, valuation, financial modelling and corporate restructuring. Throughout his career, he has assisted companies, investors and court-appointed bodies in complex acquisition and restructuring transactions, acting as an advisor to the proposing companies or as a consultant to the court-appointed bodies. He holds positions on boards of statutory auditors and boards of directors.
Federico Silvestri
Degree in Economics and Management
Specialises in extraordinary finance transactions, with a focus on M&A transactions and debt restructuring processes. He has gained experience in the preparation of business plans and debt restructuring transactions in his capacity as a financial advisor and certifier. He specialises in creating business plans and financial modelling, supporting the assessment of the sustainability of transactions and restructuring plans, as well as the analysis of various strategic scenarios.
Fabrizio Maria Bertusi
Adjunct Professor at Sapienza University of Rome and LUISS Guido Carli, Chartered Accountant
PhD in Financial Management. Adjunct Professor at Sapienza University of Rome, teaching Business Planning and Accounting courses, as well as the Introduction to Accounting course at LUISS. Subject Expert and Teaching Assistant at LUISS Guido Carli, LUISS Business School, Mercatorum University and the University of International Studies in Rome for the courses in Principles of Accounting, Financial Accounting, Business Economics and Circular Economy. He has gained experience in M&A transactions, due diligence, valuation and corporate restructuring.
Filippo Marcianò
Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor
He collaborates on the certification of recovery plans and the preparation of business plans, providing support companies throughout reorganisation processes. He assists in the development of financial plans and budgets, contributing to the definition and implementation of economic and financial strategies. He has gained solid experience in M&A transactions, due diligence, financial modelling and corporate restructuring. He holds positions on boards of statutory auditors and boards of directors.
Lorenzo Vaccari
Degree in Economics and Management and Master’s in Finance
Since 2025, he has been working at Gybe as a Corporate Finance Consultant, focusing on corporate finance transactions, financial planning and assisting with debt restructuring processes. He gained experience in Audit and Advisory at PWC, participating in audit and management control projects on behalf of large industrial groups. He specialises in data analysis to support decision-making processes, using advanced business intelligence tools.
Tommaso Leonardi
Degree in Management and Master’s in International Relations
Since 2023 at Gybe, he has specialized in financial advisory, with a focus on developing models to support extraordinary finance transactions and debt restructuring initiatives. He has gained experience on due diligence, valuation and economic-financial analysis projects in support of investors and stakeholders. He focuses on economic analysis to aid decision-making processes, using advanced financial modelling and data analysis tools.
Roberta Di Giovanni
Accounting Expert, Statutory Auditor
She serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial planning, management control, and resource monitoring, contributing significantly to the stability and development of the organization.
She holds the position of Member of the supervisory Bodie and serves on boards of statutory aditors (including as a sole auditor), with or without the performance of statutory audits, for private companies and groups, both listed and unlisted, operating in various sectors.
